- Banana Boat Dessert
- Ingredients: Bananas, Chocolate chips, Nuts (optional), Honey, Aluminium foil
- Instructions: Slice a banana lengthwise, leaving the peel on. Fill the slit with chocolate chips and nuts. Drizzle with honey. Wrap in foil and place on the grill or in the coals of a campfire. Cook until chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Carefully unwrap the foil, being cautious of steam. Enjoy the chocolatey goodness straight from the peel!
